How do I make a reservation for a retreat or stay at Cragmont?
The easiest way to reserve lodging is through our online registration system, where you can view availability and submit your request. You’re also welcome to contact our office by phone or email if you prefer personal assistance or have specific questions about your stay. Our staff will walk you through available dates, lodging options, and any details needed for your group or family.
What lodging options are available?
Cragmont offers a variety of lodging, including the Main Building, Lodge, Motel, Dorms, and Hollifield House. Each space provides different accommodations to fit groups of all sizes. Please visit our Lodging page for more details.
Do you offer meal services?
Yes. Dining services are available for groups of fifteen or more. Pricing and general information are listed on our Lodging page, and menu details can be discussed when making your reservation.
What amenities and activities are available on campus?
Guests can enjoy our fire pit, sand volleyball, playgrounds, human foosball, gaga ball, 9 hole disc golf course, recreational gym, and hiking trails. These amenities are available to all registered guests.
Are there minimum group sizes for certain facilities?
Yes. Dorm reservations require at least ten people, and dining services require fifteen or more. Other lodging options can accommodate both individuals and groups.
What should I pack for my stay at Cragmont?
Bedding, towels, and washcloths ARE provided in all lodging outside of the summer camp season. Guests may still want to bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, a Bible, journal, and appropriate shoes for outdoor recreation and hiking.
Can I bring my pet to Cragmont?
Cragmont DOES NOT allow pets on campus. Only ADA‑certified service dogs are permitted in lodging and meeting spaces.
Does Cragmont allow alcohol on campus?
No. As a Christian summer camp and retreat center established by the Original Free Will Baptist denomination, Cragmont upholds values that do not permit alcohol on campus.
